Go Bananas!

Today’s neb (natural energy booster) is babanas.

When you are running low on fuel and need something quick and easy,grab a banana.They keep you  fueled longer than most fruits and foods.They are packed with potassium,vitaminB6,magnesium and fibre-a real ideal snack.

They might be high in sugar but the fibre balances this and because of that you get no blood sugar spikes.Have you had a banana today?
